The Cove Condominium project is a luxury high-rise residential development located in Marina Del Rey, California.  The project is comprised of 138 two to three bedroom units averaging 2,000 square feet, a 4-level parking structure, site improvements and recreational amenities including a pool, spa, fitness center, wine storage, conference center, recreation center and library.   Intracorp, a Canadian- and US-based real estate company, was the managing member.

Aurora provided development and construction management services including pro forma management, scheduling, direction of the architect and all consultants, city approvals, contract negotiations, management of the general contractor, design and construction of the project sales and marketing center, invoice processing and loan draws, oversight of quality control programs, coordination with an Owner-Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP), coordination with the Owner’s customer service program, management of a homeowner upgrades program, DRE compliance, HOA formation and neighbor relations.
