The DeLacey at Green project is a mid-rise condominium development located in Pasadena, California. The project is comprised of 60-residential units ranging in size from 1,200 to 2,100 square feet, a 160-stall parking structure and site improvements. The structure is a 4-story, wood frame, Type-V residential building over a 2-level, below grade parking structure. Intracorp, a Canadian- and US-based real estate company was the managing member.
Aurora provided construction management services including assistance with construction-related budgeting, value engineering, field activities, scheduling, payment application approvals, assistance with the coordination of the Owner’s architect and consultants, permits, entitlement compliance, historic preservation compliance, coordination of quality control programs, coordination with an Owner-Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP) and coordination with a homeowner upgrades program.
