The Carlyle Residential Condominium project is a luxury high-rise residential development located on Wilshire Boulevard in West Los Angeles, California. The project is comprised of 87 units averaging 3,275 square feet, a 271-stall parking structure, site improvements and recreational amenities including a pool, spa, fitness center, wine cave, private dining, salon, library and card room. The structure is a 28-level concrete frame consisting of 24 levels of residential units over 4 below-grade parking levels.
Aurora is providing Owner’s Representative services including oversight and coordination of the development budget, schedule, architect and all consultants, city approvals, general contractor, invoice processing and loan draws, quality control programs, homeowner upgrades program, Department of Real Estate processing, and neighbor relations. Additionally, Aurora is coordinating with the Owner-Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP), sales and marketing teams, property management and customer service program.
