The Carlyle Residential Condominium project is a luxury high-rise residential development located on Wilshire Boulevard in West Los Angeles, California.  The project is comprised of 87 units averaging 3,275 square feet, a four-level below grade parking structure, site improvements and recreational amenities including a pool, spa, fitness center, wine cave, private dining, salon, library and card room.  The building structure utilizes a high-strength, dual moment frame system subject to a performance-based peer review by the City of Los Angeles. 

Aurora provided Owner’s Representative services including oversight of the construction schedule, coordination of the architect and consultants, city approvals, management of the general contractor, invoice processing, coordination of quality control programs, Department of Real Estate processing, and neighbor relations.  Additionally, Aurora coordinated with the Owner-Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP), sales and marketing teams and property management.
