The Abbot Lofts project is a mixed-use development located in Venice Beach, California.  The project is comprised of 22 residential apartment units totaling 22,000 square feet, 5,000 square feet of retail, an 82-stall parking structure and site improvements.  The structure is a two story Type-V residential building over a two level above- and below-grade parking structure.  Tooley Interests, LLC is the managing member. 

As Owner’s Representative, Aurora provided project and construction management services including assistance with budget development, project scheduling, contract solicitation and negotiations, coordination of design and value engineering, management of the general contractor, oversight of field activities, payment application reviews and approvals, coordination of quality control programs and assistance with contract close-outs.
