Phase 1 of the Herb Alpert Educational Village consists of a new, 350-seat performing arts theater, Leadership Center, classrooms and administrative offices, housed in a steel framed building totaling approximately 31,000 square feet.  Landscape, hardscape, site improvements, and the demolition of an existing one-story building are also included in the project. 

Aurora is providing owner’s representative and construction management services including budgeting, placement of financing, scheduling, entitlements compliance, contract negotiations, direction of the architect and all consultants, value engineering, city approvals, selection and management of the general contractor, FF&E coordination, oversight of quality control, coordination with school operations and job cost accounting.
