The Univision Headquarters was developed on behalf of Arden Realty, a major Southern California office REIT, and Univision Television Group, the largest Hispanic-language television network in the United States.  The lease transaction won BOMA’s “deal of the year” award in 1999.  Univision exercised an option to purchase the property in 2003.

While employed at Lowe Enterprises, Aurora personnel provided turn-key development and construction management services including pro-forma development, budgeting, assistance with lease negotiations, scheduling, direction of the architect and all consultants, city approvals, selection and management of the general contractor, administration of the lease work letter (including management of all Tenant-requested modifications), coordination with the Tenant’s interior improvements, and job cost accounting.
