The Specialty Laboratories project is a new laboratory and corporate headquarters located in Santa Clarita, California . The project was developed on behalf of Specialty Laboratories, a research-based clinical laboratory that primarily focuses on esoteric clinical laboratory tests. All shell/core and tenant improvement design and construction was implemented per the program requirements of Specialty Laboratories.

Aurora provided development consulting services to Lowe Enterprises and Specialty Laboratories. While previously employed at Lowe, Aurora personnel provided assistance with land acquisition and due diligence, lease and financing consulting, entitlements, budgeting, scheduling, direction of the architect and all consultants, city approvals, selection and management of a general contractor, tenant improvements and job cost accounting.
