The PIXAR Phase 2 project is a new, state-of-the-art digital animation production facility located on the existing PIXAR Animation Studios campus in Emeryville, California.  The new facility will house digital animation production uses including a theater, screening rooms, editing suites, story rooms, art rooms and technical support spaces.  Amenities, such as a common atrium, café, game areas, volleyball court, basketball court and a reconfigured soccer field, will also be provided.  Extensive landscape improvements will knit the new building into the existing campus and improve certain features.  The project will meet LEED green building standards.

Aurora is providing project and construction management services including budgeting, scheduling, assistance with entitlements negotiations and compliance, direction of the architect and all consultants, city approvals, selection and management of the general contractor, FF&E procurement and coordination, and job cost accounting.
