The PIXAR Phase 2 project is a new, state-of-the-art digital animation production facility located on the existing PIXAR Animation Studios campus in Emeryville, California.  The new facility will house digital animation production uses, amenities, such as a common atrium, café, game areas, volleyball court, basketball court and a soccer field, plus landscape improvements for the new building and the existing campus.  The project will meet LEED green building standards.

Aurora is providing project and construction management services including budgeting, scheduling, assistance with entitlements negotiations and compliance, direction of the architect and all consultants, city approvals, selection and management of the general contractor, FF&E procurement and coordination, and job cost accounting.
