The Electronic Arts Los Angeles project is a video game production facility built for the largest video game producer in the world.  The campus, located in Playa Vista, California, is comprised of two buildings, an on-structure courtyard, a two-level above- and below-grade parking structure, surface parking, outdoor recreation areas and a campus entry driveway and marquee.  The project was governed by a development agreement with extensive mitigation measures.

Aurora provided project and construction management services including budgeting, scheduling, entitlements processing, direction of the architect and all consultants, city approvals, selection and management of the general contractor, administration of a sublease work letter, management of the tenant improvement allowance draw process, FF&E procurement and coordination, and job cost accounting.
