The Howard Hughes Center is a 70-acre, 2.7 million square foot master planned office, hospitality and retail campus. A new roadway & freeway overpass, site work & infrastructure, outdoor recreation areas, three high-rise office towers, three interconnected parking structures and extensive landscaping were developed on behalf of Arden Realty, a major Southern California office REIT.
While employed at Lowe Enterprises, Aurora personnel provided pro-forma development, master planning, management of entitlements, product phasing, programming, assistance with lease negotiations, budgeting, scheduling, direction of architects and all consultants, city approvals, selection and management of general contractors, tenant improvements construction management, construction loan administration and job cost accounting.
