6060 Center Drive is a 10-story high rise office tower located at the Howard Hughes Center in West Los Angeles, California.  The tower, a 705-stall above- and below-grade parking structure, site work and extensive landscaping were developed on behalf of Arden Realty, a major Southern California office REIT.

While employed at Lowe Enterprises, Aurora personnel provided pro-forma development, management of entitlements, programming, budgeting, scheduling, direction of architects and all consultants, city approvals, selection and management of the general contractor, construction loan administration and job cost accounting.
