Randall L. Gustafson is a co-founder and partner of Aurora Development. Randy has worked in the Southern California development and construction industry for over twenty years.  His experience covers a broad range of product types including commercial office, industrial, institutional, laboratory and residential.  He has worked as an Owner, Developer, Owner’s Representative and General Contractor on projects totaling over 6.0 million square feet and $1.5 Billion.  Randy received his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering (structural emphasis) from the University of California Los Angeles.

Norman L. Doerges is a co-founder and partner of Aurora Development. Norm has over ten years of experience with the development and construction of commercial office, residential, institutional, historic restoration and entertainment projects in Southern California and New York City.  He has worked as an Owner, Developer, Owner’s Representative and Architect on projects totaling over 3.5 million square feet and $1.5 Billion.  Norm attended Yale University where he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. .
